The Shiekh Hashi Foundation consists of three structures, the general assembly, the board of directors, and the executive committee.

General assembly
The general assembly is the highest authority organ It approves the long-term and short-term plans of the organization, approves the constitution and bylaw; it also approves the
Annual and semi-annual budget of the organization. it also approves the expenses incurred by the organization. it has the power to arrange emergency meetings.
Board of trustees
The Board of directors is the organ responsible for the administrative issues of the organization. it elects the president, spokesman, as well as a senior management staff
The executive committee runs the day-to-day activity of the organization.
The power of authority, responsibility, and terms of reference of the organization will be released in special decree.
Executive committee
The executive committee of the Organization consists of 11 members from the board elected to hold specific ranks (positions) within the Organization, the main duties of the executive committee are as follows:
= To carry out day to day executive work of the Organization
= To follow up and monitor project implementations by the Organization
= Other tasks assigned by the board of directors
